But wait… there’s more!

Ide's Hill Summer 2016It’s official… we now have all of our new Townhomes at Flynn Terrace under agreement.  Unit 18 (the last of our one-car garage models  offering a full basement) will be closing this week.  Next month we will have Units 9-12 closing.  Following along in February will be our final four two-car garage units, Units 13-16.   And that will close out Flynn Terrace.

It has been a pretty incredible year marketing and selling these beautiful homes.  Working with a quality builder makes all of the difference in being able to confidently sell  a new construction project  – especially when buyers are submitting contracts with only foundations in the ground.  And, I can not say enough about the wonderful buyers this community has attracted.  Such a pleasure to be on site meeting new clients when happy homeowners are there as well saying “hi”, expressing their complete satisfaction in choosing Flynn Terrace, and even welcoming them into their homes for a tour.

Sitework Ides Hill So, what’s next?   Site work is well underway across the street from Flynn Terrace for 24 more Townhomes to be built on Ide’s Hill.  This project will offer 12 more one-car garage units and 12 more two-car garage units.  We hope to have first units ready for Summer 2016…  crossing our fingers the weather cooperates this year!!  But be assured, crews will be working as soon as they can and as fast as they can!

When it all comes together … the Best!

I just got back from taking pictures over at Flynn Terrace and couldn’t help but share…

I met Terry and her husband almost exactly a year ago over at Flynn Terrace.  We had the first two buildings merely framed, lots of rough barren pavement, four more empty foundations, no landscaping and a LONG way to go before any unit was ready.

Well, after selling her house last spring, spending countless hours on the perfect selections, and living with family this summer, Terry got to see it all come together this morning.
