Ides Hill Commons – just one townhouse left!!

What an incredible fall!  We now have three buildings complete.  Unit 17 and Unit 20 just closed – congratulations to the new home owners.  And, Units 18 and 19 will be closing by the end of the month. We now officially have our first three buildings all under contract.  In fact, we closed on our first unit a week ago.  A big congratulations to the new homeowners of Unit 3 at Ides Hill Commons!!  The remaining three units in that building will be closing over the  next few weeks so your new neighbors are coming soon!

IMG_8810We are now accepting contracts on our fourth building which is comprised of our one car garage model.  Unit 5 (end unit) and Units 6 & 7 (middle units) are available for sale.   Currently, we are anticipating completion and delivery for the beginning of March on these units.

As an FYI:  For all of our available units, please be aware that buyers will have to accept some flexibility in completion dates as new construction is very tough to plan that far out.  Lots of variables involved such as coordinating our fantastic subcontractors (who we know will meet WB Construction’s highest standards) and the dreaded winter months – we just never know if Mother Nature will cooperate with our constructions plans.

But I can assure you… these luxury townhomes are worth the wait!

Six NEW Townhomes under agreement at Ides Hill Commons – want to be next?

IMG_9663Despite the rain last week, it has been very busy over at Ides Hill Commons.  The roof is now on and windows and siding will be following right along for  units 21 through 24 – our second building to go up.  And if you can believe it, all four of those units are now under contract for September closings.  Two car garage models seem to be very popular this year!  Now that our framers have completed their work on that building, they have cleared out and so more site work could get finished up as our subcontractors  continue to work away inside the units on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, and walls 🙂  There will definitely be a lot going on over the next month or so!

Ide's Hill Summer 2016It’s official… we now have all of our new Townhomes at Flynn Terrace under agreement.  Unit 18 (the last of our one-car garage models  offering a full basement) will be closing this week.  Next month we will have Units 9-12 closing.  Following along in February will be our final four two-car garage units, Units 13-16.   And that will close out Flynn Terrace.

It has been a pretty incredible year marketing and selling these beautiful homes.  Working with a quality builder makes all of the difference in being able to confidently sell  a new construction project  – especially when buyers are submitting contracts with only foundations in the ground.  And, I can not say enough about the wonderful buyers this community has attracted.  Such a pleasure to be on site meeting new clients when happy homeowners are there as well saying “hi”, expressing their complete satisfaction in choosing Flynn Terrace, and even welcoming them into their homes for a tour.

Wow… what a difference just a week has made.  Units 17 and 20 were completed and closed… congratulations to the new homeowners!  Units 19 and 18 just need to be spiffed up but are complete and look amazing.  Unit 19 closes this week so if you’d like to tour that unit to check out the variety of finishes tomorrow is the day.
