I am very excited that we have three happy homeowners at Flynn Terrace in the units that have sold.  And, we will have 5 more satisfied buyers over the next two weeks when we close the remaining units that are up and ready.

But that means…

For those buyers still thinking, we will be without units to tour again until July when the next buildings will be up. Framing has started on Phase III (two car garage units) and Phase IV (one car garage units). We already have the four end units under agreement but do have two more of each model (18 & 19, 6 & 7) available for sale. Builder is anticipating having these ready in August.
