It is always such a pleasure to close on a home after working with clients for an extended period of time. Some real estate agents prefer not to work with buyers who are “thinking” or “just starting to look”. For me, having the time to develop a trusting relationship with clients over months (or even years) is an added bonus. They understand I am not in real estate for the quick sale and that truly I care about finding them the “right” home or helping them to sell at the right time. As a small local business woman wanting grow, I need clients to feel comfortable referring me to their friends and family. Building my real estate business and basing it on my reputation and referrals is so important to me as I’d love to be working hard as a Realtor in the surrounding communities for a very long time!
